Warranty Statement

This warranty document is detailed with BRWall Terms and Conditions of Sale. Should there be any inconsistency or contradiction, the following will prevail.

What does this warranty cover?

With full assertion, BRWall warrants that all its products are free from any defects from production, usage of materials and workmanship. The warranty will be applied if the products are properly handled and the mandatory preventative maintenance actions are followed as described in the technical documents.

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty period begins immediately after the products have been shipped. This lasts for a standard period of 24 months. There are products with non-standard warranty periods.
However, repairs and purchased spare parts apply a warranty of 6 months. From the time the product has been purchased,the exceptional products listed below are eligible for an extended warranty of 12 or 24 months which require an additional charge.

What does this warranty not cover?

• The warranty does not apply to consumables such as batteries, fan and filters. BRWall will ensure that there is supply of consumables for the period of the warranty with a charge.Any defects that results from improper or carefree use or maintenance failure to abide by the instructions given in the technical document will not be covered by the warranty.

• It should also be noted that this warranty does not cover any defects from unauthorized modification or alteration of the original condition, accident, or illegal use of products by connecting to or used in combination with other equipment, systems or products (hardware and/or software) which are not compatible with the product.

• Neglecting the installation requirements by doing otherwise stated in the installation manual (such as humidity, high temperatures, power surges, dust)

• BRWall will not be responsible for any malfunctions, failures, or any damage caused by wear and tear or any external cause that is out of BRWall’s control.

• We will also not be responsible for any act of negligence from our customer or any third party. If the serial numbers or warning labels of the products are removed or tampered with, this warranty is void.

What we will do?

• BRWall at its sole discretion do provide a return to manufacturer warranty and will, repair, or replace any defect using new or refurbished parts free of charge and within a short period of time. BRWall will take ownership of the replaced parts and/or components.

• BRWall also provides technical support during the warranty period. Our support team is very experienced so feel free to contact them with any issues you may have. Tell them what you have been trying to accomplish and they will advise you on the most suitable way to get it done.

• Kindly read the support page on our website before you contact us. The page provides the information we will need from you to proceed.

What we will not do?

We will not be responsible for the shipping, transportation charges and insurance or pay any import fees, duties and taxes when you are returning the products back to us.

* Products retain the warranty obtained at time of sale. When a product is downgraded to ‘legacy’ the warranty is 12 months but where it was previously sold with 36 months this will be maintained for products already sold. Backplanes and cards included within a host chassis that have Standard 36 Month Warranty retain the Standard Warranty.
** Adapters included with graphics cards have the same warranty period as the card.
